1. Why to contract the administration of properties, if it implies a cost that I can avoid?

The administration of properties has an approximated cost of a 5% of the monthly rent value, or a fixed rate in case that the property is empty. This cost is minimum respect to the benefits that the administration offers you. The client does not have direct contact with the tenant or worry about all the periodic payments to maintain the property. The professional administration includes all the legal advice that you need, by means of agreements with other suppliers, it allows you to take care of all the necessities of your apartment while you are abroad: cleaning, repairs, bills payments, taxes, expenses, etc. In short, the ideal way to have properties in Argentina for foreign residents. -

2. I would like to invest in mortgages. Is it a safe investment?

The security of the investment depends on a series of endogenous and exogenous factors, and it is measured in degrees. Security of 100% does not exist in any type of investment, not even abroad. Consequently, the key is to study the profile of the applicant appropriately

3. How profitable is it to invest money in mortgages?

The yield is variable, because the rates are also variable, according to the terms and the general conditions of each operation. The rates of the market nowadays oscillate between 14 and 16 % annually. Approximately, each u$s 10,000 lent, the quotas would be as it is specified bellow:

To 12 months: 12 quotas of u$s 903.00
To 24 months: 24 quotas of 485.00
To 36 months: 36 quotas of 347.00
To 48 months: 48 quotas of 278.00
